It is nearly Bastille Day and what better way to celebrate with a basket full of French gourmet treats.  Come and see us at the EQ markets for our full range of French fine foods!

Our Markets for July

We are at the EQ Farmers market, the Showring, Entertainment Quarter every Wednesday and Saturday from 9.00-3.00pm.

In addition to the baskets at the EQ Village market, we also carry a range of French delicacies including foie gras, confit de canard, cassoulet, cornichons, French mustards, rillettes and pates. Just the thing to celebrate the 14th of July!

We are also the only stockists of the lovely Phoebe Rose crushable hats in Sydney and have recently received a new shipment of hats.

Come and see our expanding range of new and antique French table linens. We have some beautiful antique napkins and tablecloth from Provence is a range of delicate colours. They are stunning.

On the 3rd and 24th July  from 8.00-1.00pm. For our full range of baskets only.

North Sydney Produce market

17th July from 8.00-12.00 midday,  for baskets and assorted linens.

Many thanks to all the people who have found 2 duck trading website and our lovely baskets.

We have had a fantastic year bringing these wonderful baskets to you all.

Just prior to the Xmas festivities we have only a couple of days trade left.

Hi basket lovers

It’s November one of the traditional shopping months of the year.
2 duck trading co will be out and about all over Sydney sharing the baskets around. Baskets make fantastic presents for the coming festive season. They are great to do some of the festive shopping and will help us cut down on the use of plastic bags.
Come and see us we are bound to have the ideal one for the job.

Basket of the month

Rigid Reed Basket

This is an amazing basket made of water hyacinth reed. It is strong rigid style with short comfortable handles. It is useful for shopping but also carrying around your books and folders.
We have this basket in a range of colours and the natural reed woven into several beautiful patterns. There is the option of pink, dark blue, red or purple. Come a see it at one of our markets around Sydney.

Rustic weave basket

Voila a large comfortable rustic weave basket for all your carrying needs.

This large basket is suitable for market shopping going to the beach or a weekend away. With a large oval base the basket stands well when all loaded up and the leather trim will help it last for years!

Wow it’s really basket season now with lovely sunny days for picnics and trips to the beach.

We will be spreading ourselves around during the month of October so there will be no excuse not to find us some where near you!

Every Wednesday and Saturday we are at the EQ Village markets with French market baskets, beautiful Pheobe Rose Hats, lovely French style table linen and our range of gourmet food.

On the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month we are at Eveleigh Farmers markets from 8.00-1.00pm.

2nd Saturday - 10th October we are at the Bowral Farmers market, Bowral public school,

On the 3rd Saturday 17th October we are at the Northside Produce market in North Sydney,

Plus

Also on Friday 9th October we are at the Epping Twilight Market at our Lady of Help Christians Primary school in Epping from 5.00 to 9.00pm. This is a lovely social event in the heart of Epping, for all the info on location and other stall holders go to  www.eppingmarkets.com.au

For a special market join us on the 29th October at the Gift of Hope upmarket market.  This is a wonderful event that raises money for women and children in Cambodia.

At the market you will find toys, gift items, handmade soaps, lots of jewellery, personalized stationary, gift wraps, beautiful pashminas, yummy chutneys and French market baskets of course.

We will see you at the Eastern Suburbs Rugby Union Club - O’Sullivan Road  on Thursday 29th October from  8.00-5.00pm.

and lastly but not least we are at the  Knox Grammar Champagne night on Friday 30th October.
